Events of this nature are never easy; hundreds of moving parts need to come together at the precise moment to create a seamless and flawless event. The reality of event production is that something unexpected always arises. We plan for these contingencies. Over the years, we have seen it all: transportation delays, missing speakers, passport issues at the border, SARS, Ebola, COVID-19, security threats, and most recently, civil unrest. Nevertheless, we are always ready to evaluate the issue and quickly implement effective solutions to ensure a flawless outcome.
59th Presidential Inauguration Virtual Broadcast
Fisher Events and Marketing was hired by Razor Management to help produce the JCCIC 59th Presidential Inauguration Virtual Broadcast. The team consisted of 65 staff, and we installed 25 additional cameras unavailable to the traditional television networks. The addition of these cameras allowed us to present an unprecedented behind-the-scenes view of the inauguration, featuring interviews with past Presidents and members of Congress, inaugural trivia, and a virtual tour of the Capitol. Viewership for the 59th Inaugural Ceremonies totaled more than 108 million people. The enhanced viewing experience produced by Razor Management was viewed by more than 75 million people across various social media platforms. This more than doubles the viewership of the traditional television/news broadcast, which was tallied at 33.8 million.

Korea Defense Veterans Association -
The global pandemic limitations on in-person gatherings in 2020 drove us to adjust our approach by offering webinars and hybrid on-site/webinar events. KDVA’s 16 webinars in 2020, many with new partner organizations, provided their virtual audiences a chance to interact with KDVA members and leaders whose expertise and experiences are found nowhere else.
All KDVA’s webinars, monthly newsletter, and journals are available in the KDVA.vet Digital Library, and our videos are also on the KDVA YouTube Channel. This significantly expanded the association's reach and its impact on the understanding of the Alliance, more than in the pre-COVID-19 era. KDVA had a 22% increase in its membership, a 90% increase in KDVA’s Facebook engagement (https://www.facebook.com/kdva.us/), a 310% increase in website views (https://kdva.vet/), and increased partnerships with well-known organizations like the World Affairs Council of America, The Korea Society, and The Heritage Foundation.
